My process consists of 2 logo concepts presented in line with the creative direction. Based on the winning concept I will design the rest of the brand elements.
I offer 2 to 4 complimentary revisions depending on the complexity of your project.

I will deliver industry-standard file formats, that will get you started online and offline (for print). This includes Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Postscript (EPS), Portable Document Format (PDF), Image File (JPG), and Image File (PNG - transparent background). These will all be delivered in all of your brand colours plus anything else I know you will need.
For branding projects, I use Stripe as my authorized payment gateway, which guarantees that all your credit card information will be directly sent to a real-time secure credit card server for verification. I do not store any credit/ debit card information.
Yes. I do offer a two-time payment plan on the branding packages. I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% - this secures the place in my calendar. And the remaining 50% after you sign off all the designs.

No, all illustrations and designs are created from scratch in house that are unique to your brand.
The investment depends on your project's scope and complexity, which is determined during our discovery call. The minimum investment for a basic branding project starts at 1300 GBP (approx 1700 USD), and packaging design (basic) at 400 GBP (approx 520 USD).
My rates reflect how much my services will benefit you. While I do not offer discounts, I am happy to discuss a smaller package that is more aligned with your budget.
I also offer premade branding package templates, that are budget friendly.
Yes, I can make most of the brand elements editable in Canva (labels, stationery, social media, etc.) for an additional fee.
